Once upon a time a lovely, brave, black and white horse called April lived on a hill full of flowers high in the sky in Tysoe. One day Betsy the sheep and her two fluffy lambs were in trouble up on the big hill and they could not get down. April the horse galloped along really fast to get there quickly and then she saved them and they got back to the farm safely.
The farmers gave April a beautiful red suit and then she stood up proudly and did a pose on her big hill. At night they all gathered around to see her new suit and Ms Allister from Tysoe school loved it so much that she told the school to copy the colour for their uniforms.
After lots more adventures and when she was really old, 190 years old, she died. Then all the children carried her up to the flowery hills and buried her on the tallest one, painted where she was and then made a sign about it so everyone would see forever.
The End.
